oracle数据库，如下需求如何计算两个时间之间差的平均数？

需求：计算客服的平均响应时间
客户说一句话，坐席说一句话，计算一个时间差（如果一方连续说了多句话，取第一句）
然后一通回话中，会得到好几个时间差
计算在这一通回话中，几个时间差的平均值
请问用sql如何实现上面的需求呀？

说明
fromjid：说话方
tojid：听话方
loginid：一通回话的唯一标识
time：时间
body：说的话
